Cancellation Policy for Event Bookings

(Please note this section applies to EVENTS booked at Ignite and not Coworking Agreements)

  1. Booking Deposit

    • A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total event space rental cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
    • This deposit will be applied toward your total rental cost.
  2. Payment Deadline

    • The full balance of the event space rental cost must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.
    • Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation, with the deposit forfeited.
  3. Cancellation by the Renter

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit but no additional charges.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit and the full rental payment, as the space has been reserved exclusively for your event.
  4. Rescheduling Policy

    • Rescheduling your event is allowed up to 14 days before the original event date without penalty, subject to availability.
    • Rescheduling within 14 days of the event will result in a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total rental cost.
  5. Cancellation by Ignite Space

    • Ignite Space reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or maintenance issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
  6. No-Show Policy

    • If you fail to use the space on the scheduled event date without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the full rental fee and deposit will be forfeited.
